Presently working as Superintendent of Customs & Central Goods and Service Tax, Govt. of India, Department of Revenue, Chandigarh Zone, Chandigarh. I joined the department in 1988. During my service, I worked in Customs and Central Excise different areas and different stations, but most of the time at Chandigarh Station. Besides from working as a government employee, since 1999, I was also a keen enthusiast and volunteered in various social events such as Rehabilitation of Youth involved with Drugs, social services, sponsoring students for higher studies (PHD and Competition Studies), waived bonded labor from bathhas, worked for the deprived and oppressed class of society.
Social Service in Haryana:
1. Haryana Valmiki Mahasabha: I worked in Haryana Valimiki Mahasabha (Regd.), as Finance Secretary from 2010 to 2012. In Haryana Valmiki Mahasabha, I have worked hard to strengthen and organized the Mahasabha specially the youth across Haryana. With my organizational skill, I am able to bring together the old and senior leaders of Valmiki community who were opposing each other for a long time and thereafter, got amended the constitution of the Mahasabha as per liking of the new generation of Valmiki community. I have specialization in organizing activities and by the grace of God, I could be a well known face in the social circles of Haryana State. After discharging my duties for 5 days I use to spend Saturday and Sunday in organizing the Valmiki community to strengthen the Valmiki Mahasabha, I had been associated with different social organization in the state of Haryana since 1999 and has worked for the welfare of the schedule caste. He is working hard for the upliftment of Valmiki Community and rehabilitation of drug addicted youth. From 2013-2016, I worked as Secretary general (Pradhan Mahasachiv) of Haryana Valmiki Mahasabha (Regd.). I organized and worked hard to strengthen the Mahasabha at District as well as block levels of Haryana.
2. Haryana Valmiki Ambedkar Mahasabha: This Mahasabha was formed on 15 April, 2020. In this Mahasabha I am working as the Convener. In the short span, in the pandemic of COVID 19, the Mahasabha distributed dry ration and masks in the lockdown in kaithal, kurukshetra and Panchkula district. The Mahasabha has also contributed funds in the holy cause of construction of Valmiki Ashram at Thanesar, Kurukshetra.
3. Giano Devi Educational Society (GIDES): I am working in the capacity of President in Giano Devi Educational Society (Regd. under Societies Act, 2012). This is a Nongovernment organization (NGO) Regn. under No. 101/ 2010-11 under district Registrar of Firms and Societies of Panchkula. It is a self-financed organization in which we work for the deprived and scheduled caste students who aspire for Government jobs but are unable to afford Competition guidance and books for studies. The GIDES have organized camps at various districts of Haryana and distributed a set of three books (Lucent - General Science, R S Aggarwal - English & Mathematics) and they successfully cleared various competitive exams in government of Haryana and central government with the help of the distributed books and guidance from expert counselors for the competitive exams from time to time. We also helped at 150 deserving students financially for pursuing higher studies including PhD students.
4. PAHAL: I actively participated in the day to day activities of PAHAL in converting the
Village Choupals into a Library for study of the downtrodden and poor students.

Apart from the abovementioned activities, I also participated in the various religious
programmes organized throughout Haryana. I voluntarily contributed a lot in the constructions of
Valmiki ashrams/ bhavans in Haryana. The below mentioned photographs.
